Upon moving to the northern neck from South Carolina eleven years ago we needed to change our wills to meet Virginia laws. A friend suggested that we talk with Mr. Butts. After meeting with him we decided that he was the attorney we wanted to use. Our family is blended so it was a bit complicated. Alfie set up a joint trust account and made revisions to our wills. Then, just recently there were some changes that we wanted to make and Alfie handled that also. We also have a son that is disabled and Alfie explained that we needed to treat his share different from the other children. Alfie has been very helpful in getting us into a comfortable position and has stressed to us that we can call him anytime we have a question or problem.
